Our practice officially launched on July 15, 2019 when the founders formed a partnership to bring life management with integrity, transparency, and excellence to the Sacramento region and beyond.

As Professional Fiduciaries, Deryk, and Lori bring experience in handling complex trust, estate, conservatorship, and power-of-attorney matters. They are committed to carrying out their fiduciary duties in the most efficient and judicious manner within the regulations of the Professional Fiduciaries Bureau and the Department of Consumer Affairs. As the Chief Financial Officer, Lori also supports the client’s financial and life management needs within the scope of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to ensure clarity and consistency in the communication of financial information.

Our office is conveniently located just off Interstate 5 in the Greenhaven/Pocket area of Sacramento, California. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm; however, our partners are available for contact 24/7 to attend to emergencies and urgent needs for our clients.
